Mermaids [Blu-ray]

Set in 1963, amidst national mourning for President Kennedy, Charlotte Flax (Winona Ryder) navigates the complexities of adolescence and a clashing relationship with her free-spirited mother (Cher). As Charlotte discovers boys and the world around her, life becomes more intricate. The film features a vibrant soundtrack of pre-Beatles pop, including Cher's chart-topping hit "The Shoop Shoop Song." This coming-of-age story, with supporting performances from Christina Ricci and Bob Hoskins, is presented by 88 Films on Blu-ray for the first time in the UK.
