How to Use

• Cut the paste into small pieces and knead them together by hand until soft and malleable. The paste may appear crumbly as you work it; the warmth of your hands helps soften the cocoa butter.
• If the paste becomes sticky, leave it to cool before using. Avoid over-kneading.
• Shape by hand or roll out flat for use with moulds or cutters.
• Add extract to create a vanilla paste.
