Description

This CD brings together Gentle Giant’s first two albums for the Vertigo label, released in 1970 and 1971. It’s suited to listeners interested in the band’s early progressive sound and its shift from Simon Dupree & The Big Sound’s Pop/RnB style.

Formed from Simon Dupree & The Big Sound, Gentle Giant developed a progressive style that attracted fans in the UK, US and Europe and supported a long live and recording career.

The albums are digitally remastered and presented in a slipcase, with extensive new notes.
