Can I drink Night Owl sleepy tea when I'm pregnant?
No, we don't recommend Night Owl sleep support tea during pregnancy - it is best for postpartum. It contains valerian root which is a fantastic sleep support, but is not recommend when pregnant. It is suitable for any other stage of life though
Is Night Owl herbal tea suitable for menopause?
Yes, it is certified as menopause friendly by Gen-M. As poor sleep, stress and anxiety are common in perimenopause and post menopause, the organic herbs in the blend are linked to naturally supporting better sleep and reduced stress/anxiety
